Featured Speaker

Chad Hymas

Award Winning Motivational Speaker

"At the age of 27, my life changed instantaneously when an accident left me quadriplegic. I love to spend time with people like you! I am a speaker traveling the world sharing a personal message, an author & world record wheelchair athlete. I am also the author of the best seller “Doing What Must Be Done”. My bride and I are the proud parents of four children."

Featured Speaker

Kirk Weisler

Director of Educational Services for the NADSP

"At one point in my life, I jumped out of planes as a U.S. Army Ranger and served as a Special Forces Chaplain. These days, I jump into rooms full of incredible people like you—people who are building culture from the ground up. I’ve spent the past 19 years helping over 50,000 leaders from companies like Delta, Coca-Cola, and the Mayo Clinic create stronger teams and more meaningful workplaces.

I’m also a storyteller, a team builder, and the author of two fun little books: The Dog Poop Initiative (yes, really) and The Cookie Thief. I live in sunny Phoenix, Arizona, with my amazing wife Rebecca, and together we’re raising six remarkable kids."

Featured Speaker

Brad Barton

Author, Motivational Speaker, World Record Breaker

"I’m a record-breaking miler, an NCAA All-American, and a speaker who’s obsessed with helping people like you ignite world-class performance. For over 20 years, I’ve coached teams at NASA, State Farm, and Mayo Clinic to refocus, reset, and run their race. I live in Utah with my amazing wife and our awesome crew of kids and grandkids—and yes, I really did run a sub-4:20 mile... in my 50s."

If your question is not answered here, contact us. We're happy to help!

Who should attend?

This event is designed for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) of all experience levels, along with the leaders who supervise or support them. That includes owners, operators, QIDPs, directors, house managers, and trainers.

What can I expect from the DSP sessions?

These sessions are built to energize, celebrate, and support DSPs. Expect real-life strategies for navigating burnout, rediscovering purpose, and building confidence. They’re fun, heartfelt, and packed with takeaways you can use right away.

What’s included in the leadership session?

The leadership session focuses on how to create environments where DSPs thrive and want to stay. We’ll explore emotional intelligence, culture-building, and long-term leadership strategies that help teams succeed.

Do I need to attend all three sessions?

Not at all. Each session stands on its own. You can attend the one that best fits your role and schedule, or join us for the full day to get the most out of the experience.

Can DSPs attend more than one session?

Yes. Many DSPs attend both the morning and evening sessions to get the full experience. You’re welcome to attend just one or stay for the entire day.

Can I bring my whole team?

Absolutely. This event is a great fit for groups. Whether you’re sending a few DSPs or your entire staff, there are ticket options that work for teams of any size.

How do I choose the right ticket?

If you’re not sure which session is the best fit for you or your team, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help you choose based on your role and goals.

Will there be food or breaks?

Yes. Each session includes scheduled breaks so you’ll have time to stretch, recharge, and connect. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided before and after each session, and drinks will be available for purchase. Download Our Drink Menu

Though lunch is not provided, there will be time for you to grab lunch between the morning and afternoon sessions.

Nearby lunch spots include Subway, Chick-fil-A, Jamba Juice, McDonald's, Wendy's, Costa Vida - or bring your own!

What if my DSPs haven’t used the free tools yet?

No problem! The tools are a great starting point, but they’re not required. The tour builds on the momentum the tools create, but each session is designed to stand alone and deliver value no matter where you’re starting.
